If the environment of your firm is fast paced, it is important to hire people that fit that mold. Leaders play a role in creating and determining what the culture is and it is important that leaders know what they want for their firm.Good work environments support employee’s development and mental health. Tyson shares some team activities leaders can coordinate to boost cognitive health. This can be things employees do solo or the team does together.
