FIVE HEART ATTACKS CHANGED IT ALL

from FORTUNE INTERNATIONAL SEMINARS · host Scott Fortune

My name is Shawn, the founding member of Fitness Connection Health and Nutrition. At only 49 years old, I suffered five heart attacks. Previously, I thought that I was healthy. After all, I exercised regularly, and ate what I thought was healthy meals. Additionally, I proactively received physical exams and bloodwork at regular intervals. My bloodwork revealed no alarming numbers, and my physicians raised no concerns. Nevertheless, my health-and perceptions of a healthy lifestyle-were shaken to the core by those heart attacks. During the journey back to wellness, my wife and I decided to create an online community where people can come together and uplift each other while gaining an enhanced awareness of nutrition, health, and wellness.
