Five-Star WR Monshun Sales Commits to IU | Alabama Crimson Tide Football News

Indiana just pulled off a recruiting coup with five-star wide receiver Monshun Sales, the first-ever five-star commit in school history and the highest-rated recruit ever for the Hoosiers. Standing 6’5” and 195 lbs, Sales chose Indiana over elite SEC programs like Alabama and LSU — even beating out Big Ten rival Ohio State. His decision, made after an April visit, signals Indiana’s rise as a consistent powerhouse following their undefeated national championship season. Ranked eighth overall and second among wide receivers in the 2027 class, Sales led his high school team with nearly 800 yards and nine touchdowns last fall. This isn’t just a win for the program — it’s a statement that Indiana is building something special in Bloomington.
