Najla, a young Egyptian university student known for her charitable work, became the victim of a devastating betrayal by her close friend, Norhan. Motivated by intense envy, greed, and resentment toward Najla’s popularity and financial stability, Norhan plotted a deadly scheme with two accomplices to rob her. Despite warnings from others about Norhan’s suspicious behavior, Najla trusted her friend until she was lured into a trap at her workplace. The conspirators attempted to cover up the crime by destroying surveillance equipment, hoping to erase all evidence of their actions. However, forensic investigators quickly uncovered the truth, leading to the arrest of Norhan and her accomplices. The court handed down severe sentences, including death penalties, holding them fully accountable for the premeditated murder. Najla’s story stands as a grim reminder of the dangers of misplaced trust and how jealousy and greed can drive someone to commit extreme violence.
