Many people with a tight QL suffering with low back pain often feel trigger points, spasms, or knots in their QL. Many people will get QL massages because they feel they are so tight, however this rarely helps long-term.  If you feel stretches for your quadrates lumborum muscle are not working, then try out these 3 function based exercises to strength your core and QL without having to stretch at all!
