Dean shares this wonderful book about his journey from being expelled from school at age 16, to creating a multi-million dollar manufacturing business 25 yrs later. It chronicles his attempts to train himself in the art of living in a positive and great full way. He highlights the 2 concepts he feels quite certain about. The first concept is that you must study, exercise, meditate and write every day. The second is to realize that each instant offers an opportunity to improve things by either thought or deed. These 2 concepts is what he attributes to continually improve what started out as a really uncomfortable situation.
