On todays podcast I am happy to be hosting Alberto Gallo, Head of Global Credit Strategies at Algebris Investments. This was a recording of a live event hosted by myself in collaboration with the WTFinance Podcast, Warwick Trading Society, Kent Invest & Warwick Emerging Markets Society. The event consisted of a 45 minute presentation by Alberto and a short Q&A afterwards. Alberto has nearly 20 years experience running  credit research teams at major US and UK investment banks, including Merrill Lynch, Bear Stearns & Co, Goldman Sachs & RBS. He is now Head of Global Credit Strategies at Algebris Investments. He is an advisor to central banks and regulators on macro financial stability, and guest faculty in macroeconomics at his alma mater, Bocconi University.The GCO fund has been awarded by EuroHedge in 2019 as best Macro-Fixed Income Ucits, and best Multi-Strategy credit fund by Alt-Credit in 2020.
