Fixing the Health Care System: Part One (An Introduction)

The United States ranks 37th according to the World Health Organization among its member nations for Heath Care System efficiency (Results & Functionality).   The United States spends the most of any member nation.  Our 3.5 Trillion spent is not getting the results one with a modicum of common sense would expect.  The U.S. spends $800+ per human on administration (paperwork) than the next closest spender , France which spends $240+, the top health care performer spends $70 per human.  So ..."whats the problem? "...as my kids would say.
