At least 62 are known to have died after torrential rain caused devastating flash floods in Valencia south-eastern Spain. Spanish weather service AEMET reported that Chiva, in the Valencia region, recorded 491mm of rain in just eight hours on Tuesday - the equivalent to a year's worth of rain. Gibraltarian Jason Goldwin says it’s a sad day for his adopted city Valencia, which has been the worst hit by the flash floods.Whilst the worst of the weather has affected the southeastern Spain, Gibraltar has certainly felt the heavy rains too. Zoe Hutton from the Met Office explained what we can expect over the coming days.Cultural Services was "very saddened" that a mural was vandalised at Prince Edward's Gate, but is it part of a wider problem with graffiti and a lack of civic pride? We explored the topic with Janet Howitt of the Environmental Safety Group and Finlay Savignon Watson, who volunteers for the Nautilus Project.And, there are changes at the RGP, with both the Drugs Squad and the Community Police team being disbanded, due to resourcing issues.
