This film is a fully independent venture, not carried by any big studio and a great way to celebrate Filipino American History Month. Original episode description is below:We are back at the Center for Asian American Media (CAAM) Festival and have a packed house this time around with director Patricio Ginelsa and stars April Absynth and Katrina Dimaranan from the long awaited sequel Lumpia with a Vengeance. We get into the creative ways to make lumpia on the go, having badass bitches as the hero and the villain, the importance of diversity and representation in this film, and the struggle to keep a straight face on a set of jokesters. Finally, Katrina dishes on the struggles of wearing two different colors of lipstick at the same time, and Patricio shares how Danny Trejo became part of the lumpia family.
