Newsmakers of the week are Pratyusha Yalamanchi and Elston He, founders of the Shift Fund. They recently made headlines in Philadelphia when they used their wedding registry to raise money to help underserved pay small fees that make a big impact. The Changemaker of the week is Diverse Force LLC. Founded by serial entreprenuer Suliaman Rahman. His group recruits diverse leaders to attend non-profit board training at the University of Pennsylvania and then matches them with organizations.
