Decriminalization and growing acceptance of marijuana is giving Philadelphia area residents the false impression that the drug is legal everywhere. So it's no surprise, arrests are up in the Philadelphia suburbs and in New Jersey. Marijuana activist and writer Chris Goldstein, criminal defense attorney Gary Lamanno, Co-owner of medical marijuana dispensary Steve O and DACO director Cherron Perry-Thomas dig into the issue of how to avoid arrest and cash in on cannabis.
