Our second panel discussion includes commentary from Rue Landau, Executive Director of the Philadelphia Commission on Human Relations, Amal Bass, a staff attorney at the Women's Law Project, Farah Jimenez a Republican who is President and CEO of the Education Fund and Councilwoman Blondell Reynolds Brown, an at-large member of Philadelphia City Council.
