Did you know Mr. Brady Baldwin Day is around the corner? You didn’t? Well that’s ok, we just made that holiday up. But, if anyone in Lubbock was to have a day named for them, we’d heartily nominate Mr. Baldwin, of East Lubbock.He will soon be 102 years of age. He helped build this fair, flat city of ours. He is a deacon at Lyon’s Chapel Baptist Church, and get this: Dr. Lyons, one the LBK’s first black dentists, was actually Mr. Baldwin’s dentist.
