Fleck Extends Stay, Builds Bowling Powerhouse

Wright State’s women’s bowling program just locked down head coach Jeff Fleck for another four years, extending his tenure through the 2029-30 season. Fleck, the program’s lone Division-I coach since its inception, has transformed the Raiders from a club team into a nationally ranked powerhouse — finishing 13th overall last season and reaching No. 9 in the rankings. They even won their own tournament and shattered their own win record with 85 victories, the second-most in NCAA history. Beyond the lanes, the team raised $16,000 and nine bowlers earned academic honors. Fleck is thrilled with the progress and focused on continued success both on and off the lanes.
