About This Flex-Schedule Chat Support Rep Opportunity FreshStart Careers is actively seeking a dedicated professional for our chat support jobs work from home position. This is a fully remote role that allows you to work from the comfort of your home while providing exceptional customer experiences through real-time messaging platforms. What You'll Do Day-to-Day As our newest team member, you'll be the frontline of our customer communication strategy. You'll handle incoming inquiries via live chat, resolve customer concerns efficiently, and maintain our industry-leading satisfaction ratings. Our proprietary chat platform makes it easy to manage multiple conversations while delivering personalized support. Respond to incoming chat requests within 30 seconds during active hours Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex cases to senior support Maintain detailed conversation logs and update customer profiles Meet daily targets for customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores above 92% Collaborate with team leads during weekly virtual stand-ups Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a strong written communicator who can juggle multiple chat windows without sacrificing quality. You should be comfortable working independently, managing your own schedule, and hitting performance benchmarks consistently. Excellent written English — clear, professional, and empathetic tone Typing speed of 45+ WPM with high accuracy Reliable high-speed internet (25 Mbps+ recommended) Quiet, dedicated home workspace free from distractions Previous customer service experience helpful but not mandatory — we provide full training Compensation & Perks We believe in rewarding great work.
