Your morning Puerto Rico weather update Two flood warnings are in effect this Saturday morning as the Rio Culebrinas continues to overflow its banks in western Puerto Rico. The flooding situation remains serious with multiple communities along the river experiencing high water conditions that will persist through much of the day. We're tracking thunderstorms that started early this morning and will continue straight through Saturday evening.
