Florence Adepoju of MDM Flow - My Big Idea #4

This week's guest is Florence Adepodu, Founder of MDM Flow, a post-90s hand-made lipstick brand influenced by the glamour associated with mid 90s–00s hip hop culture. Having spent undergraduate life studying whilst working in luxury beauty retail, Florence decided upon graduating to live out her dreams to create the brand she's always wanted. Since its creation, MDM Flow has made huge gains in the beauty industry, being described by Vogue Italia as "Lipstick shades that are bold and unusual, in a word, street style. Her brand is called MDMflow and inspiration unusual, Hip Hop". MDM Flow products are now supplied worldwide to celebrities, makeup artists and to the general public, allowing people to create edgy and unapologetic makeup looks.
