Floresville council considers city positions, salaries, fees

Floresville residents will soon see some new faces at City Hall — a new planning director and a parks and recreation director were introduced to the Floresville City Council May 28. Juan Martinez is the city’s new planning director, coming from the Fort Worth area with more than 20 years of experience in planning, code enforcement, and building inspections.
