Florida Judge Rules FSU Must AMEND Their Complaint Against ACC, Why? P2 Elitism, Transfer Portal

Judge Cooper in Leon County, Florida was not satisfied by the language of Florida State’s complaint against the ACC. He ruled “dismissal with leave to amend” and will give FSU seven days to amend their argument after personal jurisdiction. It’s a small victory for the ACC but the judge noted that he has not ruled against Florida State. They will have seven days to amend their complaint and then the ACC will have twenty days to respond.
