A former Jackson County, Florida, sheriff's deputy is facing 52 felony charges in connection with allegedly planting drugs on motorists he pulled over.According to the charges and released body cam footage, Zach Wester allegedly framed a minimum of 10 people, some of whom were involved in court-ordered recovery programs.
