Flow
from Poetry by Tim Windisch · host Tim Windisch
Flow Words come spilling across my lips, end over end to the floor Rectify, try to make some sense; but the shit don’t add up any more Sometimes I feel like want to find the right one you know But others brother I can’t help but roll with the flow Cannot create that perfect scenario, dog and a white picket fence You can spend all your dollars till you’re busted but that don’t make sense Maybe you’re right and it’s just my immaturity continuing to show Tomato, tamato, don’t sweat it mama cause I’m going with the flow Flow with the rest of the call you tomorrow crowd Shoot me a smile but make me want to scream out loud Flow along down that evil path of promiscuity Cause I no longer care just what it will do to me Flow So crack my knuckles, type the info and post my pics online Surf through the left and right swipes find one so divine No need to waste time reading through the bio though I’m all done looking for tomorrow, tonight I want to flow That effervescent young man looking for that one girl He found better odds eating oysters to find a pearl This is the age of drive thru, take my love to go I wanted something that carried water, now I let it flow Flow with the rest of the call you tomorrow crowd Shoot me a smile but make me want to scream out loud Flow along down that evil path of promiscuity Cause I no longer care just what it will do to me Flow Tim Windisch 04/10/2020
