Flow is the natural movement of energy in the universe, seen in nature, the body, and the mind. Just like ocean currents, thoughts and emotions are constantly moving. Throughout evolution, life has learned to adapt to these flows. However, flow alone is not enough. Structure is also necessary to give direction and form to our actions. Too much structure creates rigidity, while too much flow leads to lack of direction.
