Event: Flowers Are Speakers — organised by Gathering Dan Bon Air Date: 05 April 2025 Location: In the Woods, Mare Longues, Mauritius Set Time: 06h – 08h ( Taking over from @smilkmusic ) ⸻ This was my set at Flowers Are Speakers, recorded live in the forest of Mare Longues for the 10-year celebration of Gathering Dan Bon Air (GDBA). Taking over after SMILK, I stepped into a dancefloor already fully alive. The intention was simple: keep the journey moving forward — holding the pulse of the night while guiding it gently into daylight. The set moves freely across tempos and textures, weaving bass, techno, breaks, Kréol rhythms and unexpected turns into a continuous voyage. As the light slowly filtered through the trees, the energy shifted naturally — from the intensity of the night toward the warmer, playful feeling of a Sunday morning gathering in the woods.
