Flowing with life through honoring my bleed cycle (pun intended)

Hello Beautiful Being!  I am so excited to talk about how I structured my life + business by honoring my menstrual cycle.  This has not only allowed me honor each phase of my cycle BUT give myself permission to rest and release the old paradigm that I have to hustle alll the time.  Those that bleed or not bleed anymore we get to experience so much life and cycles in our lives and its time we start honoring that and not punishing ourselves during our rest phases.  I can't wait to hear how this episode resonates with you!  Stay connected and follow along
