She’s passionate about elevating the human experience by empowering individuals to tap into their deepest emotions, connect with their bodies through movement for healing, and discover their place and purpose in the vast tapestry of life through somatic practices.With a deep reverence for Indigenous cultures and her own ancestry, Alexandra weaves ritual elements.
