Flyers Draft Big Goalie Psohlavec

The Flyers stunned fans by drafting towering Czech goalie Martin Psohlavec 62nd overall — their highest goalie pick since 2023. Standing at 6’5”, he’s their tallest prospect and already boasts elite stats: 40 wins, .927 save percentage, 11 shutouts in 61 Czech U20 games, plus a solid 3-1 record at the World Juniors. With current goalies either sidelined or short-term, Philly’s betting big on Psohlavec’s future in the AHL — whether he heads to college or jumps straight to North America. A bold move, but one that could reshape their goaltending depth for years to come. Support the show:Get a discount at https://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
