Flying Dog Raging Bitch - Can You Brew It 02-27-12

The Can You Brew It crew enlists listener favorite Kim Wood for another crack at craft beer cloning. This time Kim is challenged to homebrew Belgian style IPA, Raging Bitch, from Flying Dog Brewery. This is a great example of a hybrid style of beer that is difficult to master with hop bitterness fitting in with Belgian yeast flavors, but Flying Dog has done it well.
