Flying Solo Q&A: Young Photographers Should Be Paid...LESS?

Welcome back to another Flying Solo where I take three of your questions and give them answers. http://froknowsphoto.com/flying-solo-004/ This time around I was asked pretty much the same question by a 15 year old and an 81 year old. Both feel they are being discrimination against as photographers because of their age. Of course I don't think photographers should be paid more or less based on their age.
