This session shares the Franklin (MA) Town Council meeting held on Wednesday, November 19, 2025. The Council held this session as scheduled beginning at 6 PM. All 9 Councilors participated during the early portion of this meeting. Councilor Cormier-Leger was traveling and joined remotely for part of the meeting.
