This session shares the Franklin (MA) Town Council meeting held on Wednesday, November 19, 2025. The Council held this session as scheduled beginning at 6 PM. All 9 Councilors participated during the early portion of this meeting. Councilor Cormier-Leger was traveling and joined remotely for part of the meeting. All of the other 8 councilors were in Council Chambers for this session.Quick recap:The vote to join the GIC passed 9-0The vote to approve the budget adjustment was approved 9-0.
