Dr. Sandi sits down with Suzie Glaskie, founder of Peppermint Wellness and host of the Midlife Illuminated Podcast, to talk about shifting careers into health coaching. Glaskie is a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach and a graduate of FMCA. Her first career was as a PR boss, but after a loss in her family and a strong draw to holistic healing, she decided to make a big career change. She found health coaching and is now using both her PR and health coaching skills to help others thrive. Glaskie admits that changing her career was scary, but she followed her passions and kept moving forward.
