FNGR 085: #VIBETRIBE
from For No Good Reason Hosted by Mike, Roland, Katrina, and Paul V
In this episode, Roland gets upset because Katrina and Paul fail to acknowledge his role in launching Las Vegas radio station: REAL 103.9 (Las Vegas’ REAL Hip Hop and R&B). From Trap&B to TurnUp music, Zelly Vibes is an international songwriter and recording artist. As a young girl in Las Vegas, she started singing in mariachi bands. Later, she started making a name for herself performing as a solo artist and receiving notoriety as a solo performer. With thousands of fans loving her Spanish music, she eventually, introduced English tracks as part of her repertoire. One of the things that stood out to us about Zelly Vibes was not only her style, but her one of a kind personality. She’s confident, humble, and not afraid to work hard. Zelly loves Las Vegas and supports the independent creatives in the community. “An artist that people should look up to in Las Vegas is Mike Xavier, if you guys don't know who Mike Xavier is, you guys should look him up. He's an amazing example of what an independent artist looks like. He sells out shows. He puts on shows everywhere…just the grind. Like, the art of being an artist.” -Zelly Vibes on Mike Xavier A few takeaways we got from Zelly was to “stay ready” “go for it” and "don’t worry about looking dumb". Fun Fact: After the show, Paul and Roland shot their first TikTok with Zelly Vibes. Check out her latest single “Muevelo” streaming now on all music platforms.
