Adam Kraut has been a guest before on the Firearms Nation Podcast. He is an attorney who fights for gun rights and previously ran for the board at the National Rifle Association. Currently, Adam is now the Director of Legal Strategy at the Firearms Policy Coalition. The Coalition fights legal battles, mostly for our 2nd Amendment rights. In this episode we get into the current struggle for gun rights in this election year, specifically discussing the red flag laws being presented. Are they worth it or are they a ploy to just confiscate guns?
