The Netherlands prides itself on being open minded and welcoming to all, but its citizens have another thing to say about that.   Both Suuz and Richard represent a bold new organization called Dare 2 Decolonize, which boasts a strong will to break racial stigmas and stereotypes embedded in every day culture.
