Focus on Your Lane
from Get Them Home by GoodTroubleHustle Hosted by Good Trouble Hustle
In community and online spaces, it’s easy to compare our progress to others. But comparison destroys stewardship. You can’t manage your assignment while staring at someone else’s blessing. Scripture Galatians 6:4 – “Pay careful attention to your own work.” Devotional Thought The servants in the Parable of the Talents weren’t judged by how much they had — but by what they did with it. One had five, one had two, one had one… but only the one who hid his talent lost what he had. God blesses commitment, not comparison. Your purpose is personal. Your journey is customized. Your portion is intentional. No matter how different someone else’s story looks, God gave you EXACTLY what you need. Words of Encouragement You are not called to be them — you are called to be faithful with what God gave you. Reflection Prompt Where have you allowed comparison to distract you from your own journey? Prayer Lord, help us keep our eyes on our lane. Show us how to steward our journey without comparison or insecurity. Amen. CTA Affirm someone today: “Your journey matters. Keep going.”
