In the Triumphant entry of Jesus into Jerusalem, all kinds of people were present: the foes, the fans, and the followers of Jesus. Luke 19 shows us this momentous occasion, where Jesus humbly rode into Jerusalem amidst a crowd filled with anticipation and different reactions to Him. In this moment, amidst the cheers and excitement, we see the stark contrast between the foes, fans, and followers of Jesus. The foes, represented by the hardened hearts of some in the crowd, opposed him despite witnessing his miracles.. Fans reveled in the spectacle, loving the signs and wonders but lacking true devotion. Yet, genuine followers stood apart, knowing Jesus intimately and willing to follow him regardless of the cost. Reflecting on this, we're prompted to examine our own hearts: Are we merely observers, caught up in excitement but lacking commitment, or are we true followers, surrendered to Jesus' will? As Easter approaches, let's draw closer to Jesus, seeking a deep, relationship beyond fleeting emotions, knowing He willingly laid down His life for us. Subscribe to Our Channel!   New to LifeRock?
