Michèle Bongetta arbeitet seit mehr als 25 Jahren mit Leidenschaft im Gesundheitsbereich. Angefangen als Pflegefachfrau, ist die Thurgauerin heute Geschäftsführerin der beiden Reha-Kliniken Zihlschlacht und Dussnang. Seit diesem Sommer ist sie zusätzlich Regionalleiterin Ost beim Gesundheitsdienstleister Vamed. Der Karriereweg von Michèle Bongetta ist beeindruckend und alles andere als geplant: «Ich bin immer wieder ins kalte Wasser geworfen worden!». Auch deshalb war die 47-Jährige neben ihren Tätigkeiten quasi Dauerstudentin; zu jeder Herausforderung hat sie die passende Weiterbildung im Bereich Gesundheitsmanagement gemacht. Dies gab ihr Sicherheit und half ihr, sich in Verhandlungen zu behaupten.  Michèle Bongetta arbeitet nicht gerne mit «Macht-Menschen» zusammen. Ihr ist es wichtig, mit ihren Mitarbeitenden auf Augenhöhe gemeinsam etwas zu bewirken. Zu viele Hierarchiestufen lähmen ein Unternehmen, ist sie überzeugt.  Ein Gespräch über das Vertrauen in den eigenen Lebensweg, weshalb man Berufs- und Privatleben nicht unbedingt trennen muss und warum man nicht immer alles so ernst nehmen sollte.
