Am 12.08.2020 treten bei Mintos neue Nutzungsbedingungen in Kraft, welche vereinzelt für sehr viel Gesprächsstoff unter den Anlegern sorgen. Nachdem ich mehrmals auf den Absatz 10.4. hingewiesen worden und nach meiner Meinung dazu gefragt worden bin, habe ich mir die neuen Mintos AGBs etwas genauer angesehen und mir dazu ein paar Gedanken gemacht.
