Der Garten in Sieben Linden ist enorm vielfältig, denn von dort aus wird rund ums Jahr von der Anzucht bis zur Ernte und Einlagerung das Ökodorf mit 150 Menschen und vielen Gästen mit Gemüse versorgt. Unser Gemüseacker steht nie still, er wird konzeptionell fortwährend weiterentwickelt. Seit fünf Jahren verfolgt das Gartenteam auf einem Teil der 2,3 ha großen Gartenfläche ein neues Konzept: Market Gardening. Lorena Castro erklärt fachkundig die Prinzipien: Direktvermarktung, Dauerbeete, Regenerative Landwirtschaft und drei weitere Aspekte.
