Gemeinsam gehen wir der Frage nach, warum gerade die ersten Minuten oft entscheidend für den gesamten Therapieverlauf sind – und wie es gelingt, von Anfang an eine tragfähige therapeutische Beziehung aufzubauen. Lisa gibt spannende Einblicke aus ihrer Praxis und Beratungstätigkeit und zeigt, was ein gelungenes Erstgespräch ausmacht. Wir sprechen darüber, wie Struktur und Vertrauen miteinander verbunden werden können, wie ein Erstgespräch konkret abläuft – vom Ankommen bis zum Abschluss – und wie Therapeut*innen gleichzeitig fundierte Anamnese erheben und den Menschen ganzheitlich im Blick behalten. Ein weiterer Fokus liegt auf verständlicher Aufklärung: Wie gelingt es, Patient*innen realistisch zu vermitteln, was Therapie leisten kann – und wo ihre Grenzen liegen? Außerdem geht es darum, gemeinsam alltagsrelevante und motivierende Ziele zu formulieren. Natürlich thematisieren wir auch typische Herausforderungen im Erstgespräch – wie Zeitdruck, unterschiedliche Erwartungen oder Unsicherheiten auf Seiten der Patient*innen – und wie man souverän damit umgeht. Zum Abschluss teilt Lisa wertvolle Impulse für Ergotherapeut*innen, die ihre Erstgespräche bewusster, strukturierter und wirksamer gestalten möchten – sowie ihre persönlichen Wünsche für die Zukunft der therapeutischen Kommunikation. All major car manufacturers, from the highest-end performance brands to the lowest-end utilitarian family wagons, are working to produce an EV option for the marketplace. Battery capacity breakthroughs and concept cars shrouded in secrecy dominate the news. Here in America, public charging infrastructure is popping up… in big cities where consumers are realizing they can electrify their commute and save 70% on fuel costs. But what about small-town America? Ben Jones, an electrical engineer for an distribution cooperative in southeastern Kentucky believes so.
