We become leaders worth following as we follow Jesus. This is the supernatural outcome when we follow Jesus, whether we are trying to become leaders worth following or not. Leaders worth following follow Jesus wholeheartedly but imperfectly, so they are growing in God’s grace continually.  Leaders worth following recognize that someone is always watching and following us. Leaders worth following are more focused on following Jesus than becoming great leaders.  “Follow my example, as I follow the example of Christ.” - 1 Corinthians 11:1
