Follow Up: Rahima Moosa Hospital responds to their mistake relating to the birth of Jhb triplets

SAfm — Yesterday we covered a story of a Johannesburg mother who gave birth to triplets at the Rahima Moosa hospital who is questioning the alleged mysterious death of 1 of her children . Hilda Mpofu gave birth to triplets (2 girls and 1 boy) at the hospital last week. She was then discharged without her children because they needed extra care. She was later she was told that 1 of her babies had died. Then, a shortwhile later she was told that it is the little boy who didn't make it. To add to her confusion, the hospital later told her that she in fact gave birth to 2 boys and 1 girl, NOT the other way around, and that is it the boy who died, even though according to Hilda's knowledge and initial birth papers she gave birth to 2 girls and 1 boy. She is confused and refuses to accept the body of the baby boy until the hospital explains and proves what exactly transpired.We spoke to Rahima Moosa Hospital CEO. Dr Frew Benson
