Luke 16:10 ESV Also, in the Bible there are many examples of people who led lives dependent on God that made it easier for them to do so when things got hard. Daniel from the Bible is a great example of this, he led a life of constant dependency on the Lord by praying everyday, and when he was thrown in the lion's den he trusted the Lord.
