Following My Heart Update #3

In this episode, I’m sharing a Following My Heart update as I take a pause from my regular daily and weekly episodes to finish my first book. I talk about the internal shifts I’ve experienced recently, how tending to my inner world has softened long-held resistance, and how that’s helping me feel freer to follow the call of my heart.I also name the tension many of us are feeling right now which is the pull between grief and joy in uncertain times and why choosing to stay connected to creativity, love, and what’s meaningful inside us can be a quiet but powerful act of defiance. This is a personal reflection on holding many feelings at once, caring for our inner parts, and allowing joy to exist alongside grief as we keep moving forward.
