Following record water loss, a new conservation plan from SAWS

On this week's episode, On The Record host Randy Beamer talks with Precinct 3 County Commissioner Grant Moody about the decision by the Commissioner’s Court to fund $600k for a firm tasked with increasing voter turnout.  Moody voted against the plan.  He also explains why he said no to a voter advisory panel approved by Commissioner’s Court. Next, SAWS Pres/CEO Robert Puente talks about the newly approved 5-year water conservation plan for SAWS, and how they plan to keep up with water main breaks around the city.
