Following the Lord in the New Year

As we turn the corner into this New Year, we pause to receive Godly wisdom and guidance from author and theologian Dr. John Whitcomb in this special installment of "Encounter God's Truth." Dr. Whitcomb went to a familiar Psalm written by Moses, which explains the brevity and frailty of life and tells us how we should respond to God and His grace in light of the limited number of days we have to serve the Lord on this earth. Host Wayne Shepherd then asked Dr. Whitcomb to explain more about the future hope we have in Christ—as expressed in Psalm 90 from the Old Testament perspective. As we begin a New Year together, let us ever remember that God's Word is true from the beginning to the end! May it guide our steps all the way throughout 2026.
