Host Shawn McGuire Meeks welcomes Timorie Edwards to Conjuring the Human Spirit for a two-part conversation about intuition, transformation, and listening.   Timorie, originally from Midland, Texas, shares her path from Dallas bartending and restaurant openings to becoming a stay-at-home mom, then navigating divorce and relocating to Fernandina Beach, Florida after “following the whispers.” She describes repeatedly encountering signs—coins symbolizing change, ants representing community and daily effort, and a bathroom-stall notice that led her to start a 900-hour massage program—culminating in her healing practice, The Happy Healer.   Timorie recounts how being corrected for talking over others became an “assignment” to listen, leading her (through Shawn’s father Jack) to the Magic of Listening workshop, where confronting swarming gnats echoed a childhood trauma of being attacked by bees and reinforced resilience, pausing, and heart-centered listening.   You are invited to share your thoughts and experiences.
