Following through Suffering, Part 4

Christ did the great work on our behalf, clearing the way for us to have a restored relationship with God.- our sins forgiven. Our suffering brought our healing. Now He calls us to take up our cross and follow Him. 1 Peter 2:21 says, " For you were called to this, because Christ also suffered for you, leaving you an example, that you should follow in his steps." Those who follow Christ are called to a life of sacrifice, kdying to self and willing to do what is difficult and costly for the sake of our Savior.
