She teaches at the Metanoia Institute in London and is a trustee for Mslexia: For Women Who Write. She is author of How the Hiding Seek (2018) and Unruly Therapeutic: Black Feminist Writings and Practices in Living Room, published by W.W. Norton in February 2023.
