In today's episode I am joined with Katie who was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease 10 years ago! She shares her journey in today's episode, we both talk about diagnosis and the difference between knowledge and the diagnosis when we was diagnosed to what it's like now. Katie talks about the biologic medication she is on and how she is doing and the moment. Katie says it can take time for a medication to work it won't always work instantly.  We talk about how lockdown was for us and Katie introduces us to Katie life's kitchen where they eliminate food and products that other people people can't have so they can have the food which each person can have. I think this is really good work by Katie and we know everyone is different but helping one person is the best part about it! We talk about what food and drinks we can't and the ones we can a really good conversation! Katie is in Remission, and is also doing a run in 2 days in may to raise money for Crohn's and Colitis Uk which is amazing good for that Katie we wish you all the best!  Good advise by Katie go with your gut!
